If you're looking for a cozy, family-friendly hotel with easy access to the slopes, this place is just for you. the location is perfect for skiing and there are some nice restaurants in the area offering delicious meals. the rooms are clean and cozy with a lovely view of the mountains. the bathroom is well equipped and the breakfast is satisfying. the staff is always helpful and friendly. the spa is also a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.
The hotel could improve on some aspects of its service to ensure a better experience.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fantastic wellness area that offered a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. , the hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the ski slopes and the ski bus stop. the delicious meals served at the hotel's restaurant were a delightful surprise.
The downside of my experience was the lack of gluten-free options provided by the hotel, even though I had made a reservation specifying my dietary requirements. I also found the opening hours for the wellness area a bit inconvenient, and the fact that there were too many people using the facilities made it difficult to enjoy the experience fully.

We had a great stay at this hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. We appreciated the large free parking on site and the easy access to the ski area. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring surrounding villages for places to dine.
Everything was spot on.
